Born in 2020 from a card-based workshop, now an ecosystem spanning 10 countries.
Equity Nation was born in 2020, when Fatou Ndiaye created the Equity Workshop™ (La Fresque de l'Équité) to help teams understand what was holding talent back at work. The project grew into Equity Nation: a company that helps organizations build the leadership capability behind high-performing cultures, where every talent can contribute and thrive, through proprietary methodologies, certified facilitators, leadership programs and scalable licensing.
We are building the global reference platform for leadership that performs: a future where every leader has the tools, skills and accountability to build cultures where every talent can thrive and contribute to results.
Our mission is to help organizations move from good intentions to systemic change, developing the leadership, culture and accountability that let every talent contribute fully, and turning that engagement into performance.
Most consultancies offer training. We built an ecosystem.
